A great Chilean Sauvignon Blanc. This wine will please many of our customers. Perfect for the beach or the deck! This is an easy drinker that pairs well with light summer dishes.
Tasting Notes:
New world style with great fruit and clean fresh mouth-feel. This is tropical on the nose with bright grapefruit and tones of gooseberry. It is light yet good acidity allows for it to linger on the tongue for a refreshing citrus finish. This wine is a great value at $10 and really spanks some more expensive Sauvignon Blancs. This wine is in my permanent summer wine rotation.
This wine is best served chilled with a great bowl of fresh greens or as an aperitif!! I really love this wine with sushi. That is what Ashley and I had with it the first time I drank this and it was a wonderful compliment.
